Hi everyone! We want to tell you about an awesome event we planned at Coding Mart. We’ve been organizing small events for companies for a while, but their 10th anniversary was a big deal, so they asked us to make it super special.
We had a few meetings with them to discuss everything they needed. We talked about where and when to have the event and all the details. We even met with their HR and CEO to make sure everything was perfect.
The event was on March 12, 2023, at Gokulam Park on Avinashi Road. We started setting up the day before and worked late into the night. We decorated the venue, set up the stage, and added a selfie booth and fun activities.
The event started at 8 am, and the theme was blue and white in an elegant way. It lasted all day with lots of surprises and different styles. We had an amazing band and an award ceremony to honor the best-performing employees. In between, we had fun activities for the employees, icebreaker sessions, and a fashion show. After a short break, we started the DJ session, which lasted more than two hours, and everyone loved it.
The employees’ feedback on the food was great too, with lots of yummy non-veg options.
Looking back, I’m proud of our Dreamholic Event Planners team. Our mission and vision were to keep the people happy, and as we expected, we saw the happiness on the employees’ faces. We aimed to give the IT people a break from their routine, and it was done as we expected. Seeing everyone happy and hearing their positive comments made all the hard work worth it. The client said it was an unforgettable day.
